Our take

I've been using this HP Series 7 Pro for graphic design and some gaming. The 4K IPS panel delivers great colors and the 2000:1 contrast ratio gives deep blacks. The built-in USB hub is handy for peripherals. The 60Hz refresh rate is okay for design work but not for fast-paced gaming; I notice some motion blur. The speakers are weak, but adequate for alerts. At $599, it's a good value for a professional monitor, but gamers will want higher refresh rates. Tilt is good, but height adjustment would be nicer.
